Bratislava (/ˌbrætɪˈslɑːvə/, also US: /ˌbrɑːt-/; Slovak: [ˈbracislaʋa] (listen); German: Pressburg [ˈprɛsbʊrk] (listen); Hungarian: Pozsony) is the capital and largest city of Slovakia. Bordering Austria and Hungary, it is the only national capital that borders two sovereign states.
